These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hunger4Crypto ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Hunger4Crypto website, platform, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Description of Services

Hunger4Crypto provides a community engagement platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Multi-Chain Wallet Integration: Connection of cryptocurrency wallets across Ethereum, Solana, and Algorand networks;
• Reputation System: Tracking and display of on-chain activity, holdings, and community engagement;
• Badge System: Digital badges representing achievements, tiers, and participation;
• Leaderboards: Competitive rankings based on various metrics;
• Content Access: Educational articles, tutorials, and gated content;
• Community Features: Discord integration, social features, and gamified experiences.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services or interfere with any other party's use of our Services.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices;
• Attempt to manipulate reputation scores, leaderboards, or badge systems through artificial means;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with our Services without authorization;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features;
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization;
• Use our Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit purposes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services;
• Create multiple accounts to abuse or manipulate platform features;
• Engage in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Services or community.

5. Cryptocurrency and Wallet Interactions

5.1 Non-Custodial Services

We provide non-custodial wallet integration services. We never have access to, custody of, or control over your cryptocurrency assets or private keys. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallets and private keys.

5.2 Blockchain Transactions

All blockchain transactions are irreversible and final once confirmed on the respective network. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions. You acknowledge that blockchain networks are operated by decentralized third parties, and we have no control over network performance, fees, or availability.

5.3 Investment Disclaimer

NOTHING ON OUR PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and speculative. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any investment losses.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Hunger4Crypto or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6.3 User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting our Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Digital Badges and NFTs

Badges earned on our platform may be represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on supported blockchain networks. By earning and minting badges:

• You understand that NFT transactions require gas fees paid by you;
• You acknowledge that NFTs are non-refundable once minted;
• You retain ownership of minted NFTs in your connected wallet;
• We retain intellectual property rights to badge designs and artwork;
• Badges may be revoked or invalidated for Terms violations;
• We make no guarantees regarding the future value or utility of badges.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 "As Is" Provision

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through our Services.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HUNGER4CRYPTO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hunger4Crypto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your access to or use of our Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights;
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Any content you submit or transmit through our Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. The following provisions shall survive termination: intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at contact@hunger4crypto.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunger4Crypto regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet failures, or blockchain network issues.
